Hayley Huntley

A creative and committed litigator, Hayley deploys her skills as a writer and performer to present clients' stories to judges and juries for maximum impact.

  • Before becoming a lawyer, Hayley earned her master's degree in creative writing and worked for nearly ten years as a professional stage, television, and film actor in Los Angeles.  She now uses those public speaking, storytelling, and improvisational skills to zealously and effectively represent clients.  Hayley listens to her client, investigates the details, zeroes in on what will resonate with the audience, and persuasively presents her client's story to achieve real-world results.

At UCLA School of Law, Hayley volunteered with workers' rights and re-entry clinics and was recruited to join the champion Mock Trial team to compete on the national level.  She externed with the Los Angeles County Alternate Public Defender's office and worked with an employment litigator representing plaintiffs.

After graduation, Hayley was the Public Interest Fellow with the Federal Public Defender for the Central District of California.  There, she helped represent indigent clients at all stages of the criminal process and routinely appeared in federal court.
